My computer mouse is QUIVERING?

Something is wrong with my mouse...the cursor quivers and trembles sometimes when I'm not even touching it. Could anyone know what causes this?

Your computer might have a bad trackpad, but it could also be that the mouse sensitivity is set too high in the Control Panel. ... 4 – Under the “Devices and Printers” section, click Mouse. 6 – Select the Pointer Options tab. 7 – Move the “Pointer Speed” slider a couple of notches to the left

Just replace it already. 2 bucks is decent enough nowadays.

    Demonic Possession?

Try a different mouse see if the quivering occurs.

Change the batteries if a wireless mouse.

Sounds like a mouse issue. Get a new one they're pretty cheap.

if you've got a mouse with the force feedback feature, it  might vibrate when instructed to do so by whatever software you might have running.  games for example

could be a force feedback mouse that's going crazy also.  i had a mouse go crazy and die a little while back.  it was very tragic.
