Why has my handwriting always been child like?

Question

My hand writing has a messy and rugged look to it and it hasn't really changed since I was at school.

Is there a reason for this?

I have a degree so I am not handicapped in any way.

I never understood people that took their time with writing at school and it looked so neat and amazing, especially the girls

mine's like that. It looks like a 3rd grader. I think of us are more impatient than others and rush our sigs

My own handwriting was always bad. Still we don't use it much these days so maybe we sacrificed a little hand writing for better keyboard skills.

I write in a childlike scrawl as well. It can be a challenge to read sometimes
