How many kg can you lose on a liquid diet for 1 week?

    Maybe 1-2, mostly of retained water and waste product in your colon.  Fat loss depends on the calories you consume, when you consume them, and how much of those calories are from carbohydrates.  Of course, once you go off the liquid diet and return to eating the same stuff that got you overweight, you'll but the weight back on.

    Sorry.  I know this sounds like a magic cure, but it isn't.  It is really more smoke & mirrors.  Real fat loss take time and changing what and how much you eat.

    Severely restricting calories for one week will cause a temporary decrease of 1 or 2 kg of water and glycogen stored in muscles and liver.  Fat loss is 1/9 as fast (9 times slower) and probably won't begin until after a week of calorie restriction.

    In the first week of dieting you can possibly lose 2 kg, put most of that is from removing water from fat cells. That water will return easily so it is false weight loss. Actually losing more than 0.5 kg/week is unhealthy.
