More prominent people need to come out of the closet and denounce Christianity for the fraud it is instead of saying comforting words about it to curry favor with Christian simpletons.

Nice try, Einstein. Religious education is not brainwashing. My church doesn't use sleep deprivation, isolation from support, or any other brainwashing technique.

Yes, REAL child abusers of all types should be punished for their wicked behavior, but spreading the gospel to lost souls isn't "religious brainwashing". It's extending one's hand down towards those in danger.

Everyone who has children should want their children to be happy. Some believe that a good education and a good paying job will bring them happiness. Some say follow a religion or follow a certain political party, some even get their children involved in sports and entertainment believing that these will bring happiness.
So whatever parents believe in they would want their children to follow.
Does that make all parents brainwashing?

Denying a child HIS or HER RIGHT to be properly introduced to the One who CREATED them is THE most abusive thing a parent could ever do.

denying children sensible lessons of love is child abuse, so atheist parents denying those lessons to their children should be put in prison.

The prisons would not have enough room for all the loving parents, grandparents and.... the Clergy.
They were all "Doing the right thing".
But the charlatan Clergy should be incarcerated.
Immediately! Or sooner!
Bryce and Ted. May you get what you deserve.
