How often are Clinical Laboratory Scientists or Medical Technologists sued?

I personally have never heard of a lawsuit to them, and financially not worth it. If there was a significant lab error, the hospital would be named, the doc in charge of the patient, possibly the pathologist. But not the lab tech, they would probably be fired though and may be lose their license.

Not worth suing them.  However, one can sue their employer.
