How to increase fps of games in laptop?

    Turn off or avoid loading utilities and crapware that you don't need for games.

    Use the discrete video chip or system (if it exists) instead of the integrated graphics on the CPU chip.

    Those are guesses from no clue which "laptop" you have or what games you run.

    play simpler games. most laptops can't be upgraded

    Go into settings of the gaming program and change it.

    Play at a lower resolution, or colour depth, make sure the advanced graphic features antialiasing etc are turned off. That's about it -  with a laptop you have limited potential - what you see is what you get, if you want to game then a standard laptop really isn't suitable
