Why does it feel like my base body temperature rises when it gets colder outside? ?

I get that you might feel hotter when you come inside from the cold outside due to the shift in temperature but even after being inside for hours I still feel like I am overheating. This only ever happens when the temperatures start dropping outside in the winter. I live in Florida so this does not happen often at all, maybe because of that my body is over compensating although no one else seems to have this problem.

P. S. I'm sure I'm not just sick.
