How would you spell each of these names based on their pronunciation? Ah-reh-thow-suh EE-ahn-theh?
They are classical greek mythology names.

Arethusa Ianthe, which reminds me of Arethusa and Ianthe in Greek mythology. Ianthe also means "purple or violet flower"

Mmm I do better when I can hear a name as opposed to seeing it, but based on the way you've written it I might say Arethowsa Eanthe? I'm sure it's beautiful when spoken aloud, but no matter how it's pronounced, if you live in an English-speaking country your child will always have to explain how to pronounce and spell their name. This isn't necessarily a reason to not choose it, but it is something to consider.
