Why would most Americans say that it is fair?

A British child that is born in the UK says that because she does not want to comply with US paternity, child custody laws and respect her American father legal parental rights, she will not visit the USA before child custody ends at age 18. Why would most Americans say that it is fair, that if she does not want to comply with US paternity, child custody laws and respect her American father legal parental rights under US law, she must not visit the United States before child custody ends at age 18?

Children don't get to make decision about themselves. I thought that might be OBVIOUS. She is not an adult until she is 18. She does what he PARENTS and the JUDGES say she must do.

A better question would be "why do you post this same question over and over and over?"

Do YOU have any idea at all what you are talking about?  For starters, you're in the UK.  How do you know what "most Americans" are saying is or isn't fair?

Children don't get a choice as to whether to "comply" or "not comply."  They are children with pretty much no legal rights when it comes to "legal parental rights."

"Why would most Americans say that it is fair, that if she does not want to comply with US paternity, child custody laws and respect her American father legal parental rights under US law, she must not visit the  United States before child custody ends at 18?" makes no sense.  US "PATERNITY, CHILD CUSTODY LAWS" ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE IN THE U.K.

Maybe if your mother hadn't had sex with an American you wouldn't have all these mental health issues.  I'm not even sure you qualify for entry into the US with your issues.

Perhaps the reason is EXACTLY the same as why most UK citizens would say it is fair that anyone physically present in the UK should be expected to abide by UK law.

Of course, if you WANTED an answer, you wouldn't rephrase the same BS every few hours for months.
