Can anyone tell me what this is inside my lip?

Question

It’s more on the mucosal/inner portion of my mouth, it doesn’t hurt or anything. I was told I had mono the other day by my doc if that makes a difference

Your doctor knows best. Canker sores and other little cuts inside the mouth respond well and heal, after you put salt on them with the tip of your finger.

Looks like the common Canker Sore. Try using some plain Listerine twice a day and it should help heal it
