Why am i getting random testicular pain?

I've gone to the doctor about it already with the thought of it being testicular torsion and i got an ultrasound done which showed it was not testicular torsion or anything else that would show up in a ultrasound. I'm 17, have never had sex and like i said the doctor didn't find anything. The pain happens randomly and can cary from uncomfortable to nearly debilitating and have lasted from around a minute to the most i can remember being 30 minutes or maybe more. They aren't getting hit on anything cause I'd notice that, is there any sort of cause that could be doing this?
