Suddenly all my fonts from a MS Word document changed. What happened? How can I restore the last version?

I try to upload the file to ProWritingAid yesterday, but I stop because it waited so long. Does this have anything to do with it?

That usually means that the font specified for the text has been deleted from the system, or has become corrupted.

  The font is still there, of course. I can change it back. But the document has over 200 pages. The fonts are all different in title and content, so if I have to do it again, it would take a very long time. That’s why I ask what I ask
