what is this stuff on my hand under the black light?

so i was playing with a black light and i noticed both of my hands were completely white on my palms and my boyfriends hands didn’t have it what could it be ? i couldn’t feel anything on my hand so idk what it is

That could be anything you use on your hands which he does not.

The most obvious suggestion is something which loads of women use daily and which men never use: hand moisturising lotion.

But it also could be hand sanitiser gel, or if you use liquid hand soap and he uses regular soap bars. 

Those suggestions are by no means anywhere close to being a complete list.

It's bacteria. My culinary teacher showed us this to teach us how dirty our hands are. Totally normal.
