Is it possible if I’m adopted to marry my sister whose also adopted?

    Depends on where you want to do this. It's illegal in most of the world.

    Not if you were bought up as siblings, once adopted then you are in the same family, and legally she is your sister and you cannot marry a sister!

    It might be possible. It would also be very destructive to the family and the parents who raised you. Don't do it. Find someone else.
