BB store does not respond?

I bought a HP desktop and left the PC with the Geek Squad three weeks ago. o one called me and I cannot reach the Kingston, NY store by phone. Every time I call I get put on hold and get no live help for "ever'> They don't seem to have a user friendly approach. HELP!

    You say you "left it with them", so clearly they are within reach.  Go down there and ask them what is going on.

    send email via the BB website to upper management reporting that this particular store is unresponsive

    When you say they put you on hold, if you mean a live person, call and ask to speak to the Store Manager. That usually will work

    So jump in your car & go down there & talk to them.  The Geek Squad have always been able to fix my PC problems while I am there.
