How do express couriers navigate?
I'd like to know if express couriers (DHL,Amazon,Fedex etc..) use a service like Google Maps to deliver packages or they just navigate by their knowledge of the map?
I read somewhere that a couriers only turns left. Is it true? Is it useful?

Different Map/GPS receivers... Mostly Here Maps (formerly NavTeq, formerly Nokia).
UPS studies found mostly right turns are more fuel efficient on their delivery routes, specifically in dense urban environments (big cities)
MythBusters proved it
