Is salty, high fat fast food chemically addictive ?

Like from McDonald's and Burger King?

I have heard that it is, but think that it varies from person to person.

I would say yes but whether that is due to some ingredient or just that we are habitual creatures that begin to crave what we eat habitually, I'm not sure. I do know that if you stop eating it, the cravings stop too.

Not to me it isn't. I've yet to be able to eat it more than twice in a week without feeling ill.
