Do I have a brain tumour or MND or is it just anxiety?

Hello, I’m sorry to anyone who has or knows someone who has got a brain tumour or MND/ALS. I have been suffering with some really horrible symptoms which my GP is saying it is all anxiety I have leg heaviness, swallowing problems, breathing problems, hand muscles feel stiff, I feel as though I can’t talk when I talk it’s like My voice box/ muscles can’t do it.. I am worried sick thinking I have motor neuron disease or brain tumours, I am 23 year old male in the past month/2 months I have had 2 blood tests 3 heart ECG’s 1 chest X-ray and all has came back normal as well as the common observations like blood pressure temperature have all been excellent as well, I do apologise in advance if anyone who has or know someone with brain tumours or motor neuron disease. Please be nice in reply, I also suffer from health anxiety so any bodily sensation or symptom I magnify it by x100. Thanks again in advance

I’ve spoke to my doctor on multiple occasions and he says it’s just my anxiety all the time, I’ve been told brain tumours and MND are very rare especially at my age
