Most people who are born on Feb. 29 celebrate their birthday on Feb. 28 or on  March 1. It's just easier than way. One day isn't going to make any difference in their age.

The last time there was a Feb 29th was 2016.  Have you only just thought of this?

If  you live in America, he won't be able  to be served in a bar until he is 84.

    They'd likely have a late a/o early b-day

but having your special day then doesn't slow

down time if that's what you're asking here.

Pick either Feb 28 or March 1 or be cheap and tell your son he only gets a birthday every 4 years on the average.

The day may be skipped, but a year has still passed.

    Celebrate it whenever you want.

Feb 28 works. March 1 works.

  • You decide, but no, they would not legally age once every 4 years

Nice birthday though! I've never met someone like that before

That would be wrong here in USA.
