Afraid to sleep?

I’ve suffered from anxiety for years. But for the past 6 months it’s gotten so bad. It’s not that I don’t sleep. I sleep very well but sometimes I don’t. I’m scared I won’t sleep and at the same time I’m scared to sleep. I don’t know what to do. I’m so scared I will eventually die.

Breathe in and out slowly to relax. Think happy thoughts, like a favorite movie or nice place you visited

Personally I think sleeping is a weak trait that many of us possess. It is a poison on people, we waste 8-10 hours every night that could be spent much better and much less vulnerable.

I sleep about 16 hours every week, sometimes I can get the number down to 10!

SO, your fears are not unrational. Don't surrender!

I think tha's what the governme t wants us to think.
