I'm not certain whether you are a legitimate poster since your English skills are very poor; but why don't go to their web site and READ EVERY WORD?  This sounds like a supermarket lottery program in which one out of every 500 people win some prize.  If you are still confused about this matter, PHONE THEM or ask the store manager for assistance in how to contact them.
