Neither. I'm too big for a scooter, (6'-2" and 255#) and old bugs are junk. I'll take a Toyota.

U are comparing Apples & Oranges. Car vs motorsickle. Get both. Honda for the sunny days . Car for the rainy days. You would have to insure both, that is the problem, but job does not care about your excuse "it was raining"&I drive bike. One is for work, one is for play.

Scooters are fine for city/town driving in perfect weather conditions.  But I wouldn't drive on on the interstate in a heavy snow storm.
