They are probably pearly penile papules, which are harmless.

If they are along the coronal ridge and appear kinda white, they might be PPP* or Pearly Penile Papules.

Unfortunately nobody here can give you anything other than a guess. Your best bet is to go visit your doctor.

They're not uncommon. PPPs are harmless, if perhaps a bit unslightly. However, I've not personally been rejected because of that reason.

Can be pimples, skin cysts. Or, it can be Herpes. I would go see a doctor. Please do not show us.

  I hope for your sake it's PPP as well! I'm glad I got to learn something new today! I would still go to a doctor to  confirm it though!
