    No "locomotives" made commercially since the 1950's .so, Zero.  They are Engines.

    Only very small private lines like Roaring Camp & Big Trees Might order a new locomotive. . Most just keep old  ones running. Like the one in Old Tucson Studios for 75 years.

    For new models of those listed devices, release depend upon market demand, production capability, financing, and technical problems causing delay.  None of the makers of ones listed pay attention to the end of current calendar year or start of the next one.
