Should baptized Jehovah's Witnesses who became apostate be baptized again once they repent and return to the Watch Tower Organisation?

It won't make any difference to their salvation to be baptized again in their organization.

    Most do NOT return.

    Hmm....I wonder why?

I know a lady who was baptised as a Jehovah witness aged 12 but more than ten years later she was accused of apostasy because she found out from the Bible that when it wasn't tampered with, Jesus should get far more respect than JWs give him. Because she discussed those Bible verses with jw elders who only repeated what watchtower magazines said, they kicked her out. She never returned because she found like-minded fellowship with local Baptists. The pastor agreed that her baptism was invalid because the sermon before it was a denial of baptising in the one name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. He re-baptised her.
