Sesame oil to combat poison?
This came from a fictional show so I expect this to be hog-wash. The show claimed the character drank a litre of Sesame oil before drinking a shot or two of alcohol that was poisoned to prevent death. Is there any science to this, does the oil coat the stomach and prevents the poison from digesting? Does it cause you to vomit before the poison reaches the nervous system? I couldn't find anything on google about it so I expect it to be fantasy.

The oil probably caused a massive case of diarrhea which might have caused the poison to pass through the character's system without being absorbed.

no...either activated charcoal OR liquid clay, GNC sells it, either will absorb toxins....you just read nonsense.....
