Will SCOTUS say A) Congress can’t have Trump’s tax returns; B) Congress can have Trump's tax returns; or C) they refuse to hear the case?

They will deny the tax returns to Congress. It's a very clear violation of the constitution.

Not their business. No constitutional involvement.

    C) they refuse to hear the case

l would say A... because Congress passing a law requiring a president to show his tax returns is not unconstitutional. I think they would hear the case because it is a high-profile case and of nationaI interest.

It may be unconstitutional. I grant you that. But it becomes constitutional if they have a subpoena or a warrant. That wouldn’t be any problem.
