Your question is too vague. There are many places named Aurora. Which one are you asking about?

This is an international site & you have not given a country or a state.   You really have to ask a local realtor. They know your local market better than anyone here would.

Considering there are 6 different towns known as Aurora in the state of Wisconsin alone...nobody knows where you are...

    Colorado? Very likely

    Minnesota? Not likely

    Missouri?  Likely

All depends on the house and location.

Which Aurora are you talking about? There's 9 states that have Aurora as a city and 6 more internationally.

Totally depends on if anyone is willing to pay you a good price. How can we know?

Only if someone is willing to buy it at a good price.

If someone is willing to buy it for a good price, yes you can sell it for a good price. Otherwise, no.

You definitely can. Timing is everything, look out for the current trends on the market to ensure you’re selling at a good time. If possible wait for a good season to (in some areas, summer increases the value of houses.) Also, make sure to find a good agent!

Sure, just observe the market, and adjust your asking, and taking prices to meet it.

Then sit back for the fish to bite.
