    C₂H₂O₄ is a molecular compound. The van’t Hoff factor of C₂H₂O₄, i = 1

    Refer to: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boiling-point_elevat...

    Normal boiling point of CH₃COOH = 118.1 °C

    Ebullioscopic constant Kb = 3.07 °C/m

    ΔTb = i × m × Kb

    (123.4 - 118.1) °C = 1 × m × (3.07 °C/m)

    Molality, m = (123.4 - 118.1) / 3.07 m = 1.73 m
