There will likely always be some things that we do not fully understand or recognize - nor that all people will agree upon their significance, but the Bible reveals. It does not purposely conceal. It does however require lots of study. The word "mystery" appears in KJV scripture 27 times in 27 verses.

    Its Greek mystērion meaning

the secret counsels which govern God in dealing with the righteous, which are hidden from ungodly and wicked men but plain to the godly

But see Jesus speaking to his apostles

Luk 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but I speak to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.

    Mystery [B]

the calling of the Gentiles into the Christian Church, so designated ( Ephesians 1:9 Ephesians 1:10 ; 3:8-11 ; Colossians 1:25-27 ); a truth undiscoverable except by revelation, long hid, now made manifest. The resurrection of the dead ( 1 Corinthians 15:51 ), and other doctrines which need to be explained but which cannot be fully understood by finite intelligence ( Matthew 13:11 ; Romans 11:25 ; 1 Corinthians 13:2 ); the union between Christ and his people symbolized by the marriage union ( Ephesians 5:31 Ephesians 5:32 ; comp 6:19 ); the seven stars and the seven candlesticks ( Revelation 1:20 ); and the woman clothed in scarlet ( 17:7 ), are also in this sense mysteries. The anti-Christian power working in his day is called by the apostle ( 2 Thessalonians 2:7 ) the "mystery of iniquity."

Many things have been obfuscated or removed entirely. We need that information. Fortunately, we have The Book of Mormon and The Doctrine and Covenants, the necessary second and third witnesses of Jesus Christ.

There are no secrets. God reveals this message in the holy Bible through his Holy Spirit to those honestly desiring to do his wI’ll. 2  Timothy chapter 3 verse 16 states: All scriptures Is inspired of God beneficial for teaching , for reproving for setting things straight, For disciplining and righteousness, So that the man of God may be fully competent,  completely equipped for every good work .” Therefore, there are no secrets when you are teaching reproving and setting things straight. God is not a mystery

It doesn’t contain any secrets but when we apply what it says daily in our lives we will see that it is beneficial for teaching, reproving, setting things straight, disciplining in righteousness so that the man of God can be completely equipped for every good work according to 2 Timothy 3:16, 17.

It wasn't written to keep secrets. It was written to provide the fullness of truth to all people.
