Can i lose 10 kg in 2 months and  15 days?

Is it possible to lose 10 kg in that time i am male 5ft9 80 kg is this achievable

    That's 1kg a week.Possibly maybe closer to 8kg with a detox juice each morning 1green apple, stick of celery,1small piece fresh ginger,1small piece of fresh beetroot,1 carrot.Buy for a week at a time.Cook or eat stirfrys,clear soups, all kinds of salads,beetroot,lettuces,toms,olives,capers,eggs,lean chicken cottage,ricotta cheese,Greek Pot Set Yoghurt(plain).Eat in moderation try walking each morning brisk for at least 1/2hour or other exercise of your choice.
