Should I tell my 90 year old biological father I'm his son after 50 years of him not knowing he had a son?

I wouldn't. He might have dementia or memory problems or the shock of finding this out might cause him a lot of anxiety possibly a heart attack. See him as a friend only and enjoy the remaining time you have with him.

If you want him to know then yes.  You are in a hard spot trying to decide. I don't

see what it would hurt to tell him unless there is something that has been hidden

all these years. Good luck whatever you decide.

If you can write again and provide some details, background, history, it would be helpful in advising you.

That would be nice considering he’s very old.

Sure.  Just be sure he signs the life-insurance forms first.
