How to Obtain Temporary Tags in GA?

I purchased a car from private seller and have no tags. How do I obtain temporary tags to move the car plus take care of emission and registration.

Go to the local DMV with your paper work. You do have a Title, don't you? Please tell me you do. Did you buy a stolen car?

I don t think you can unless you know a dealer that would do it.
