If a person seeks therapy to get better does that mean they have hope to get better in the future??

    I would say yes. The whole idea of them getting therapy is so that they can be better in the future than they were in the past.

    Not necessarily, but usually they certainly won't get better refusing therapy

    Most of the time I say yes.
