Could this be steatohepatitis?

A year ago I went for a blood test for liver function and it resulted in mild liver inflammation but my doctor looked on file that it doesn't say it was related to alcohol I do my research and whatever it was seems to be similar to steatohepatitis.

There's a huge difference between having steatohepatitis and having blood test results showing elevated liver enzymes - AST and ALT.   Liver enzymes become elevated with vigorous exercise, muscle injuries, some foods, and many medications.  Steatohepatitis cannot be diagnosed without imaging, so if you didn't have some type of imaging, you were not diagnosed with steatohepatitis.
