If you've downloaded Windows 11 would you recommend that I do too?

So far as I know, Windows 11 doesn't even exist, and they claim that there will be no Windows 11.

you mean Windows 10.
that is up to you. i wouldn't, as Win10 tracks everything you do.
Linux is better, and faster.

Windows 11 doesn’t exist and probably won’t ever exist either as they plan to just keep updating Windows 10

Go ahead, but have your antivirus up to date, since Microsoft hasn't and won't be releasing anything called Windows 11, so you have no idea what you'll be getting.
MS is moving toward one officially released version of Windows, each day MS builds a new internal build and give it a number. Significant builds which they deem as critical get released to the public via Windows Update. MS insiders say it is an attempt to limit the legacy builds that they have to engineer functionality updates.
