Yes it's true. Beat hell outta that nephew and ship his druggie *** to Arkansas where he'll get 15 years without parole if he gets caught with one joint! Better that than him become a jello brain Denverite.

Not entirely. There are laws impacting growing. First you need to be at least 21 to grow without a medical reason and a license. Then there are limits on where and how much. You cannot, for example, grow outdoors. See:
