Do you try to limit your morning caffeine intake to 18 cups a coffee a day?
I'm not an expert but if your trying to put on muscle, you might not want that much caffeine because sleep is a critical aspect to lifting. cut down from 87 cups to 18?

That's extensive for me...
I usually stick with 0 to 3 vessels a day. Ranging from 8 to 16 ounces each. So the max I'd have is 6 cups a day.

I do not drink coffee. Even it I did drink coffee, 18 cups a day is excessive.

Nah, that would require the effort of making a second pot and waiting for it. I just stop at 12.

Dear lawdy. I drank like 8 cups once and I felt like my soul was gonna fall out of my body! 18 cups would probably see that come to pass!

No, I've been drinking coffee for many years and the most cups I drink in any given day is three. Two is my average. But I use to know people who drank up to ten cups or more a day.
