Goal / Predicted 5K time?

I was wondering what I could run in a 5K in a year if I ran a 19:50 from a 22:53 off a 2-3 months of running 20-25 miles a week. If I ran a lot more what kind of time should I be thinking about for next year?

    Running more miles won't necessarily mean you can run a shorter distance faster. If you want to increase your speed, then do runs and exercises to increase speed. You can find training plans and tips online on various ways to do that. This site has a lot of general tips, but real specific:
