    Most of them can, but they don't want to and that's their choice.

    Yes in general vegan can eat meat, however they chose not to. Some however maybe able to eat it, but when they did had to avoid certain types of meat, such as some has a sensitivity to pork products, so that would have been off their list of foods that they could eat. There are other possibilities that in some cases why a vegan or vegetarian might not be able to eat meat, or anything derived from animals. Those would be a very tiny subset of the vegan population. However there are certain conditions would have to be met, for that very tiny number to exist.

    Sure they can. They might not be called a vegan anymore afterward but they are free to do it if they want.

    They can eat anything they want but meat isn't on the vegan dietary plan

    never... only eat animal producing Milk, Curd,Cheese etc...
