Why does milk mix well with fruit, but not fruit juices?

The only exceptions I can think of are apples and citrus fruits.

The acid in the fruit juice can make the milk curdle.

The 'acid' in the juice will curdle the milk.

Milk and water both are well to drink a regular basis. It is good basically for children. Choose 100% pure fruit juice that is unsweetened.

But generally, milk doesn't “mix really well with fruit”. Nor does it mix with fruit juices - you could have it that way if you wanted but most people wouldn't.
