What does this mean?

"I'll keep you posted on where the offer stands." 

That's what a recruiter said.

    It means they will call you.

    It means that things can change and what they offer you won't be available forever.

    For instance, if they cay there is an opening for a 94F with a ship date of 10 January and you say you need to think about it....the next qualified person that walks through the door ready to sign is going to get that spot and now what available for you is totally different.

    If it's not in your contract it isn't happening for you. Do not sign anything without reading it first. You can walk away at anytime prior to signing paperwork.
