Foot injured in the night?

In a rare event, I had a wonderful night of sleep last night where I slept the whole night through. I slept on my side with no pressure or weird twisting on my foot. When I woke up my right foot was in a significant amaount of pain, stretching it out or flexing it made it worse. The pain is centralized around the medial cuneiform bone. It'll migrate when I walk or twist my foot in any way. I can walk without pain if I walk heel toe very carefully. Usually I walk on the outer edge of my foot but now that is painful. What happened to my foot last night???

You cut off the circulation or injured it before you went to bed but was not aware of it until the next day.

I suppose you slept at a weird position.
