Should you call a 17-20 year old teenager a boy or girl if that's what they want to be called?

Yes,
I'd call any1 who's still in school a
boy no matter their age even if in their
60's & on Medicare adulthood is more
than age.

I don't understand. Do you mean should you call a 17 year old a boy or should you call him a man? And "girl" or "woman?" Or are you talking about someone who's confused? PERSONALLY, I'd use whatever name they want, but I'd not lie about man / woman. Of a man wanted me to say "she," I would not. I'd use his chosen name in place of the incorrect pronoun.
