How do you prepare a squirrel for cooking over a Fire?

Gut it, remove head and tail, remove skin / fur, clean and cook. You can cut it into pieces like a chicken for frying if you wish.

Make sure you kill it first. Then gut it and skin it and run it through with a skewer.
