Is this normal?

So I just came back from a HIIT session (High intensity interval training).

And in the middle of it I had to run out and.... throw up :(

I felt dizzy and knew it was gonna happen.

Is this normal??!

I also now have a headache and my whole body hurts. Progress?

NOTE: this is my first time partaking in this program.

    You did too much too soon. You also may have eaten too close to your workout. Even though some recommend eating something small before your workout, I was never able to do that, especially first thing in the morning.

    Sounds like dehydration and possibly low iron.
