Will a veteran lose their disability benefits if they are convicted of a felony?

Not unless the felony is related to defrauding the government about their injury.

Not directly. But sometimes besides jail time there is a fine. The judge can order that the disability benefits be used to pay the fine or to make restitution. Specially if you are in prison where they provide you with everything you need.

A Felony is a crime against the United States and off to prison, vet or no vet. A felonious disabled vet loses all benefits.
