I have a 3.71 GPA i have 2 A and 1 B and an F in a 4 credit course how will that affect my GPA?

    It’ll lower it. 2 A (4 points each), 1B (3 points), and 1 F (0 points) =11/4 = 2.75. Depending on how many credits you’ve taken, it will lower it significantly or slightly. 

    To calculate your new gpa. It’s your current gpa multiply by the number of credits + 11. Then divide that number by your credits taken + 4. 

    For example, you’ve taken 12 credits so far, so 3.71 * 4 = 44.52. You add that to 11 = 55.52. Then divide by 16 = 3.47, your new gpa.
