Would having straight Medicare get a much needed surgery approved? ?

I have a medicare advantage plan abd ggey has no problem making me do a bunch of tests that has cost me over 3K in copays but has denied much needed surgery 7X

    its possible, i would ask about the indigent care program, they pay for surgery, ive had several surgeries theyve paid for

    Making a decision on whether surgery should be done is a doctor's opinion that should be accurate because denying surgery when needed would be malpractice, which could revoke a doctor's license to practice.

    That might depend on why the surgery is being denied.
