"listening" is the principal verb in this sentence and Should/Have/Been are auxiliary/helping verbs helping the main verb in expressing the meaning.

It's "to listen" ("listening"). Then there are 3 helping/auxiliary verbs: "Been" makes the aspect progressive; "have" makes the tense present perfect; and "should" is a modal verb that indicates that "she" had an obligation to "listen".
